In addition, we will also monitor movements on the register of members to identify potential takeover bidders; and making inquiries of members as to beneficial ownership of holdings.

Board meetings and general meetings: We will coordinate the company’s formal decision making and reporting process, formulate meeting agendas with the chairman and/or the chief executive, attend meetings and take minutes, maintain minute books, certify copies of minutes; and ensure that correct procedures are followed.
